If I am right going on for what you're asking, you could:



-Use Disk Defragmenter (Start=>Programs=>Accessories=... Tools=>Disk Defragmenter).

Disk Defragmenter takes a long time depending on the size of your Hard Drive and how much of the capacitiy is used.



-Disk Cleanup

(Start=>Programs=>Accessories=... Tools=>Disk Cleanup).



-Empty your Internet cache (Tools=>Options or Internet Options=>Delete Cookies/Delete Files (If it is Internet Explorer 6 or up to that time or Delete Browsing History=>Delete all (if you hold Internet Explorer 7)



-Instead of deleting your Internet Cache as above you could download CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/)



-Lastly delete what you want



-If you wanted you could carry a bigger Hard drive

I consider what you need is defragmenter (is that spelled right?) that does it career as you go. I suggest Diskkeeper does it, but i think a program call Buzzsaw does it for free. dirms.com is the address.
