We All know that if we Format the frozen disk lots of times it makes him elder and sicker every time.
And becasue i'm trying to learn lots in the order of computers and i install lots of Softwares most of the time full of viruses and i also try lots of version of windows so i format it alot.
What can i do instead of the format that will do matching jop but without affecting my Hard Disk contained by a bad route?

Yea, formatting the drive does no more damage to a firm drive than copying a file to it.
