Unmountable_boot_volume solitary happen when i try to put surrounded by a second drive why?

i get two older computers from my fater contained by law and one freshly plain runs better than the other but theres a realy small hard drive on at hand. i didnt get an install disk from him for window xp and i formated the other hard drive but it have some errors completly formating (dint think it be that big of a deal at the time because it finished it) psyche the second hard drive shot or is near a way to fix this?

i would first try to travel into your BIOS and set the primary boot device.



see if you can try and format that drive without gettin any errors.
