Start>Search?

I enjoy A windows XP computer, when i get to Start then click on turn upside down, that thing to dig out for files and folders, and say I ype surrounded by the letter a, after under what I only typed a drop dwon menu of what I've searched for within the past is here like aol, awesome, anything similar to that, how do I make it stop trying to guess what I'm looking for, I want that drop down menu gone, it's annoying, so please help out, thanks a great deal :)

Start>Search?

Basically the input box for the search paper is looking at past look into entries so when you key within the letter a, it will display the way out to select any past search that start with the memo a. To delete them, use the <down arrow key> to highlight the choice and after press the <delete> key. I don't know of a channel unfortunately to clear them adjectives with one command. Oh, if you hit the <down arrow key> short any text contained by the input box, you will see all the previous search and can delete them pretty quickly.
