Definatly the second one, faster by a few hundered megahurtz, if you own the cash the faster you can progress. Plus its Dual Core, which basically resources there are two processors contained by one. The Live Technology is just a fancy entitle to make the slower chip look better
I would suggest going for whichever one that have 1mb (or 512kb x 2) of L2 cache!
