On lord of the rings online, when i log into my commentary it say resource string not found.?

It works fine on my mate pc and my laptop, but for some principle, not on my home pc. My home laptop has a 1.9ghz processor, a 128 mb geforce 6600gt and 1024 mb of hit if it helps. Thanks
