Do you have adjectives the latest XP downloads installed, assuming you hold XP? If not, you need to win them installed. Turn on automatic updates and let adjectives the updates be installed. Then reboot your computer and see if you're still getting the error message.
That DLL may be Spyware.
Do you check for, and remove, Spyware ??
