I approaching the Mini but want a PC that is equal size and functions.

Nope, in attendance isn't a form factor of motherboards for PCs which are the size of Mac Minis, meaning at hand can be no case which is indistinguishable size.
Get a Mac Mini, then install WinXP on it.
Problem solved.
Plus you obtain a Mac out of the deal. Extra bonus!
why achieve a mac mini, all they enjoy is one CD drive and a 80gig HD. individually the Dell XPS 210 i think it is, is a remarkably small tower. The smallest i think i've every see. Never understood a mac, you cant upgrade or install any hardware.
