It shouldn't be. Not if you enjoy a hardware failure and giving you a false information. It possibly also that the processor is tampered or after bazaar product.
well, first of adjectives is 3.2 Ghz. and it can not cahnge. it it the same speed adjectives the time.
he might be making an excuse so that you could get him a fresh computer. just be aware of that.

and no, you're cpu can't simply change contained by speed sporadically. it had to be configured surrounded by the bios. and when changed, it stays changed until you reset it.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!the cpu speed would never change!I don`t know ur hard disk capacty is 3.2GB [ AS U HAVE NOT MENTIONED IT IN ghZ ].
Some Pentium processors utilize a technology call SpeedStep which allows them to adjust their speed according to need. Normally, this is something you'd find within a laptop processor, not in a desktop. Basically, if you're not using adjectives of the computer's processing power (which, most of the time, you're not) SpeedStep processors can actually dumb down to slower speeds, which allows them to use smaller number power and generate less fry. Again, typically this is for laptops, to let them conserve battery-operated life, but if this really is a desktop computer, it might be slowing itself down contained by response to overheating?
