And you don't use it really often, but would resembling to keep it where on earth you could get it, how do you transport it on the desktop.

you could put it in a folder on the desktop, or you could pin it to your start menu
I'm not sure what you're asking but do you mingy shortcuts? If you want you can make a folder and put adjectives the shortcuts in that folder, or if you don't use them drastically much you can hit delete and just progress through start menu.
right click-->send to-->desktop (create shortcut)
