Try to make clear to your problem when you boot normally.



Also if u r using XP, surrounded by safemode, u can use systems restore(start-->program-->ACCE... Tools-->System restore) option to restore second time when u use window correctly.
You want to say what happen when you try to boot normally to gain any sensible answer.
If used a xp

You can reinstall windows.
Try using system restore. For a better answer please describe your problem.
If you are inept to start windows generally, there may be a virus.
Boot the computer, and press F8 (if you are not sure when to press it, purely keep on rhythm the F8 key right after you boot the computer), and select boot to Last Known Good Configuration.
